Fabric Casting as Backdrop of Performance
Fabric casting experiments explored how textured walls and columns could act as theatrical backdrops, inviting bodies to perform, pause and interact.

Final Section
This project proposes a spine health centre near King’s Cross, asking how architectural space can trigger, invite and construct theatricality within the mundane through waiting, stretching, scrubbing, watching, body-generated walls, fabric casting, glass and material gaps.

From Bodily Performance to Walls
Bodily performances in front of a green screen were translated into curved walls, allowing stretching, leaning and scrubbing movements to become architectural elements.

Acting Scene from a Peephole
Description: Material gaps and viewing apertures frame small scenes within the building, allowing actions such as stretching and scrubbing to be watched as moments of theatricality.
